Directly across the street from the Deschutes River and twenty minutes from the slopes of Mt. Bachelor, this house earns its place as a year-round base for Central Oregon adventures. The wraparound deck – wrapped by pines and kitted out with a gas fire pit, outdoor dining, and a private hot tub – is where evenings naturally end up. Inside, high ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace make the living area feel like a proper retreat after a day on the water or the mountain. A games room, bocce ball, and cruiser bikes keep everyone entertained in between.

Home truths
One of the bedrooms sleeps six people in a single-over-single bunk bed and a double-over-double bunk bed – we think this room is best suited to children.
If you're travelling with little ones, a travel cot is already included. Your host can also provide a high chair – just request it at least 24 hours in advance.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, fitness centre, tennis courts, and pickleball courts here. They're shared with the complex's other residents.
You'll have up to six parking spaces here – two in the garage and up to four on the driveway. There's no street parking allowed.
The dock is down the road and not part of this home – you'll need to walk or drive to reach it from here.
This is a residential neighbourhood with full-time residents, so quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 8am. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
