Three storeys of glass and timber on the northern Oregon coast, this house is angled directly at the Pacific – and the ocean makes its presence known from the moment you arrive. West-facing picture windows pull the water into the main living area, while an antique-style stove keeps things warm when the weather rolls in. The main suite has its own balcony and an uninterrupted ocean view. Outside, Cove Beach is right on the doorstep, Hug Point's sea caves and waterfall are about ten-minutes by car, and a trail through old-growth Sitka spruce leads to Short Sand Beach – a forty-minute walk away.

This is a three-storey home with four flights of stairs to reach the top level, and there is no lift. If anyone in your group has mobility considerations, it's worth factoring this in before booking.
Wi-fi and mobile phone signal can be limited here due to the coastal location – you may experience drop-outs during your stay. If you work remotely or rely on a strong connection, it's worth planning accordingly.
No firewood is provided, so you'll need to bring your own or source it locally. Using wood from the front or back yard is not permitted.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
