A cottage built around the water, this Santa Rosa Beach house suits anyone who arrives with a boat in tow – there's on-site parking for vessels up to 26 ft, and Cessna Landing Park, with its boat launch and bay docks, is less than a quarter of a mile away. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, and one opens onto a private balcony. In the evenings, the fenced yard with a barbecue is the place to be. Two bicycles are on hand for cruising the 30A coastline, and Ed Walline Regional Beach Access – staffed by lifeguards in peak season – is a short walk south.

This home is set over two floors, so it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, and one will sleep on the single bed in the nook. The single bed might be best suited to children.
