Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
You'll have two dedicated parking spaces here, with overflow available on a first-come, first-served basis across the community. Passes are required for all vehicles and will be arranged through Seacrest security.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool here. It is shared with the other residents.
The bunk beds in the third bedroom are formed of a single bed over a double bed.
The private beach has restrictions on what you can bring: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies are all prohibited. If you plan to set up your own chairs, head to the west side of the beach – the east side is reserved for the rental service.
