Sitting in a community along the 30A coast, this apartment puts a private beach just across the street – roughly a three-block walk, with restrooms, showers, and parking when you get there. A seasonal tram service from the complex makes it even easier on the days you'd rather not carry everything. Back at the complex, Redfish Lake borders the grounds, and a boardwalk and overlook pavilion give you somewhere to walk when the beach can wait. The community pool, enclosed playground, and lawn games mean there's plenty to keep a group busy without venturing anywhere at all.
