A top-floor apartment in a gated community, perched above Blue Mountain Beach's dune bluff, this is a place that earns its setting. The terrace looks straight out over the three-tiered communal pool, with the Gulf glittering beyond – and a second heated pool sits right at the dune's edge, steps from private beach access. Inside, ten-foot ceilings and an arched hallway give the rooms a real sense of height and light. Rosemary Beach's boutiques and rooftop bars are less than a thirty-minute drive, and WaterColor Beach Club is roughly twelve minutes by car.
