This five-bedroom Seacrest Beach house is well suited to larger groups, with easy access to the area's beaches, shops, and restaurants. A large resort-style lagoon pool is two blocks away, while Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are both within walking distance. Inside, en-suite bathrooms provide added privacy, including one with a soaking tub on the main floor. A bunk room and games room offer additional space for younger guests, while the covered upper deck with a gas grill is ideal for outdoor dining. Two bikes are included for exploring 30A.

Home truths
You'll need to complete the Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration online before you arrive in order to access the lagoon pool and community amenities. There's also an additional HOA fee of $2 per person per day, which will be collected before your arrival.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
This home comes with two parking spaces. Overflow parking is available elsewhere in the community on a first-come, first-served basis, and passes are required – these will be provided by Seacrest security.
You'll have access to the on-site pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
At the private beach, you can rent chairs on the eastern side, or bring your own and set up on the western side. Do note that wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies are not permitted on the beach.
