Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in an open shared lot – one space per unit. Street parking is also an option, so keep an eye on posted signs.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a Pack 'n Play and high chair on request – make sure to ask ahead of your arrival.
There's no washer or dryer in the larger house, so you'll need to plan for laundromat trips if you're staying for more than a few nights.
Just do you know, one of the bunk rooms in the in the living space and the other has a curtain instead of a door. One of the bunk beds is a double over double.
