Perched above a neighbourhood plaza in Bend's Discovery West, this buyout is built for people who want the mountains without giving up convenience. Each unit has its own rear balcony with a hot tub – an easy place to wind down as the pines darken at dusk – plus a front balcony with an electric barbecue and sliding doors that open the living area fully to the outside. The Deschutes River Trail is roughly an eight-minute drive, and Smith Rock State Park about forty-seven minutes by car if you're in the mood to explore.

Each unit comes with one garage parking space and one driveway space, shared with the adjacent unit in the same garage – make sure to use your designated spot.
All second-floor units are accessed via two flights of stairs and there is no lift, so this collection is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
The surrounding area will be under active construction for the next several years. Work runs Monday to Friday during standard workday hours, so expect site noise on weekdays – weekends will be quieter.
