The pool and hot tub can't run at the same time – you'll need to choose one or the other. To heat the hot tub, turn the timer dial for the bubbles, which activates the heating. Bear in mind that the hot tub will heat to the pool's temperature rather than independently.
To use the shared clubhouse pool, gym, and other community facilities, you'll need to check in at the clubhouse front desk each time you visit – so factor that in when planning your days.
