Sitting right on La Selva Beach, this house puts the Pacific at your doorstep – literally step off the property and onto the sand. The living room makes the most of it, with a fireplace and direct beach-facing views that earn their keep whether the surf is glassy or wild. Two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably accommodate families or groups, and the on-site barbecue is well placed for alfresco evenings with the ocean as a backdrop. Seacliff State Beach, the cafes of Aptos Village, and coastal walking trails are all close by.
