Sitting in a beautiful brownstone, this Clinton Hill apartment is a sophisticated home in a cultural part of Brooklyn. It's in good shape with large windows welcoming lots of light and an open-concept kitchen perfect for socialising and cooking simultaneously. It's not the most luxurious home on our books, but comfortable and inviting for mature couples or a group of friends.

The two of them spent a lot of time here, as it was originally his grandmother's house. Frances considers room-sharing to be her job so she is very involved and ensures guests have the best stay possible.
