A ground-floor apartment in San Clemente, a short distance from Trestles Beach and the town's surf-soaked coastline. The interior is quiet and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and an open living area that connects easily to a fenced shared yard – where a fire pit, barbecue, and alfresco dining area give you good reason to linger after a beach day. The main bedroom opens directly onto that yard, so mornings feel unhurried. Bikes with surf racks, surfboards, and beach chairs are included, meaning you can be in the water with very little fuss.
