Home truths

  • At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

  • The fifth bedroom has a double bed with a pull-out single underneath. We think it's best for one adult or three children.

  • The villa sits under a flight path, though the dual-pane windows help reduce noise inside. It's worth bearing in mind if you're sensitive to the sound of planes, particularly at lower altitudes.

  • The home spans four floors, with sixteen steps between each level – you'll be using the stairs a lot, so it's worth factoring that in if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.

  • The two-car garage fits medium to compact cars only – larger vehicles and SUVs won't clear the garage door. The driveway is shared with neighbours and must be kept clear at all times, but street parking is available nearby if needed.

  • The fireplace you'll see in the living area is decorative only and can't be used during your stay.

  • The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
