Each home spans four floors with sixteen steps between each level, so you'll be covering a fair amount of stairs during your visit – worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
The garage fits up to two medium or compact cars – larger vehicles and SUVs won't clear the garage door height. The shared driveway must be kept clear at all times, but street parking is available nearby if you need extra space.
Both homes sit under a flight path. Dual-pane windows help reduce noise, but if you're a light sleeper it's worth factoring in.
The fireplace is decorative and not available to use.
