Sitting on nearly one acre with 150 feet of private shoreline on Lake Norman, this house is built around the water in every sense. The year-round saltwater pool sits under cover with the lake stretching out beyond the glass, and a screened-in porch – with rocking chairs facing the open water – makes it easy to spend entire days barely moving. Kayaks and paddleboards are on hand when you do feel the pull to explore, and a new dock means you can arrive by boat. The NC Lake Trails are close by for those who want to venture further.

Home truths
The screened-in porch vinyl roll-up screens are kept closed from 1st November through 1st April, so you'll have a more enclosed outdoor experience if you're visiting in the cooler months.
There's free parking for up to six cars on the driveway. We suggest having a car, as it's the easiest way to explore the area.
Please note that the indoor fireplaces are not for guest use. The Sonos surround sound system is also not available for guests.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
