The pool and hot tub can be heated, but it's a paid add-on that you'll need to request at least 24 to 48 hours before check-in. Bear in mind that heating isn't available between 1st April and 31st October, so if you're visiting in the warmer months you'll be swimming at the ambient water temperature.
