Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Consisting of two adjacent mountain houses near Homewood Mountain Resort, this Tahoma retreat gives large groups room to breathe without losing the cabin warmth that makes a ski trip memorable. One home wraps you in vaulted timber ceilings and a classic A-frame silhouette; the other anchors around a stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows with partial Lake Tahoe views from the deck. The slopes are minutes away, and a twenty-minute walk brings you to a lakeside restaurant and private beach club – with a concierge to handle everything in between.

Home truths
The accommodation is set over two separate homes which are down the street from each other. One house has four bedrooms, and the other has three bedrooms and an additional loft room. Both have their own living area, kitchen, and outside space.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair at no additional cost. You'll need to request them in advance.
Neither home has air conditioning, so summer stays can get warm during the day. Ceiling fans or open windows will be your best option for keeping cool.
Outdoor furniture, barbecues, and the grill on each deck are only set up between Memorial Day and Labor Day. If you're visiting outside that window, you won't have access to alfresco dining.
Due to local wildfire regulations, outdoor wood burning is strictly prohibited – this includes fire pits and charcoal grills.
There are three on-site parking spaces here and no street parking is permitted.
