There is no air conditioning here, so during the warmer summer months you'll be relying on sea breezes and the home's coastal ventilation to stay comfortable.
The hot tub is currently out of use while repairs are carried out.
Parking is available for two cars in the garage. Note that additional street parking on the west side of G Street is not permitted on Mondays between 8:30am and 12:30pm due to street cleaning.
Bedroom three has a single-over-double bunk bed. While this means the home can sleep seven, the maximum occupancy is six guests.
Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 9pm and 8am.
