Set on the wooded east side of Gatlinburg, this mountain house sits well back from the crowds, with towering evergreens and a quiet that settles over the group fast. Inside, a fireplace takes centre stage in the main living area, while the game room – ping pong, air hockey, foosball – tends to take over by come nightfall. A private cinema handles whatever the weather throws at you. Outside, the hot tub, cedar sauna, and fire pit make the most of long days on the trails. The Greenbrier entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is around fifteen minutes away. Or, when you want to trade the trails for downtown, Gatlinburg is a twenty-minute drive away.

The road leading up to the home is steep, narrow, and winding – par for the course in the Smokies, but worth planning for if you're arriving after dark or in bad weather. In winter, your host requires a 4WD or AWD vehicle and asks that you carry chains during heavy snowfall.
You'll have driveway parking for up to four vehicles here.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a pack 'n play and high chair on request – reach out before you arrive to get them set up.
