Home truths
The pool is solar-heated and available from May to September, with temperatures depending on the weather. There's no option to boost the heat beyond what the solar system provides, so cooler or overcast days may mean a chillier swim. The hot tub heating is always included at no extra cost.
Sonoma County rules cap this home at eight guests and three vehicles, and amplified music is not permitted at any time. Quiet hours run from 9pm to 7am each night, so it's worth bearing in mind if you're planning a late evening outside.
There are three parking spaces on the premises and street parking is not available, so if your group is arriving in separate vehicles, it's worth coordinating ahead of time.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and a high chair on request with at least twenty-four hours' notice.
One of the bedrooms here also functions as the study.
