Sitting directly on Lake Norman's shoreline, this villa is built around the water in every sense. The resort-style pool overlooks the lake, the covered terraces invite alfresco dining with the same view, and multiple balconies mean you're rarely without it. A private dock puts boating and early-morning swims within a few steps of the backyard, while a hot tub and fire pit make evenings hard to leave. When the group needs a change of pace, the game room earns its keep. A separate pool house adds a welcome layer of flexibility for larger parties.
