The apartment is on the third floor of a period building with no lift, so you'll be carrying luggage up several flights of stairs.
This is a well-loved home with signs of wear and tear, the furnishings are on the older side.
Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms and only during the summer. It's not in the living room or kitchen – something to keep in mind on warmer days.
You'll need to contact your host at least two days before arrival to arrange check-in and confirm your travel details, as the handover takes place at the apartment itself.
Although you can walk to Bellagio, you may want a car for adventures further afield. Parking is available on the premises.
