Home truths
The home sits close to the San Diego International Airport flight path, so you may notice aircraft noise during the day. Departing flights are restricted between 11:30pm and 6:30am, so evenings and nights should be quieter.
The carport fits one compact car – dimensions are tight, and the alley approach may require a multi-point turn to get in. If you're bringing a larger vehicle, it may not fit.
The bunk in the second bedroom is a single over double. The top bunk is suitable for children only – worth bearing in mind if you're booking for a group of adults.
There is one step up onto the patio deck at the entrance – the home is otherwise single-level, so it's easy to move around once inside.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
