Sitting right on the edge of Mission Bay, this house is something special. A pool, hot tub, and multiple patios make outdoor living effortless – and all overlook Bay Beach and the boardwalk. Come sunset, make your way to the top-floor balcony for panoramic drinks. Inside, there's plenty of space for groups to gather, with a layout spanning multiple floors. Mission Beach and Pacific Beach are about a mile away, but with complimentary beach gear and direct access to the sand, you can head straight out the door without a second thought.

Like many homes on the coast, this home has no air conditioning – it relies on ceiling fans and natural ventilation. San Diego's coastal climate keeps things comfortable for most of the year.
You'll be navigating stairs regularly here – all bedrooms sit on upper or lower levels, and the three outdoor terraces are spread across different floors.
There's private driveway parking for up to two vehicles, but the garage is not available for guest use. There may also be public street parking nearby.
This is a high-density coastal neighbourhood, so you'll have neighbours in close proximity. The home is best suited to groups who prefer a quieter, more relaxed pace.
Your host provides complimentary beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and boogie boards for days at the beach.
Please note that there's a noise-monitoring device in the main living area that measures decibel levels but does not record sound.
