We think this home is best suited to a family, though it can sleep a maximum of seven adults.
At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a double sofa bed in the living area.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. This room sleeps either two adults or three children.
The main bedroom on the third floor is loft-style with no door, so it's more open than a conventional room.
Like many homes along the coast, there's no air conditioning here – but you'll have portable fans and ceiling fans to keep things cool.
You'll have a tandem carport here for two vehicles. There's limited street parking nearby, and public island car parks are within a few blocks if you need extra space.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
