Windansea is a ten-minute walk away, and when you want calmer water, La Jolla Shores is a five-minute drive. We think it works just as well for families as it does for groups of friends.

There's no air conditioning here – ceiling fans and the coastal breeze do the work instead. For most of the year La Jolla's mild climate makes this perfectly comfortable.
If you're bringing young children to the beach, Windansea is just steps away but can have strong waves and rocky sections. La Jolla Shores, a five-minute drive away, is a much gentler option for little ones.
The driveway comfortably fits two cars, with extra space available on the street and in the nearby alley.
Your host provides Complimentary beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and boogie boards for days at the beach.
