You'll have one garage parking space here, though the other half of the garage is used by a separate tenant.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a pull-down Murphy bed in the ground-floor study.
The home is spread across three floors, so you'll be using the stairs regularly as you move between bedrooms, living spaces, and the rooftop. It's worth factoring in if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
The third-floor loft bedroom has no door separating it from the stairwell below, so it's more open to noise and movement from the rest of the home than the other bedrooms.
Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and boogie boards are provided for beach days.
There is a noise monitor inside this home, but it only measures decibels and doesn't record audio.
