Inside, the reverse layout means the living spaces sit up top, so the ocean views are still on show from the kitchen, dining area, and living room. You'll be using the stairs here – there are multiple flights between the entrance, the bedroom level, and the top-floor living space. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, this may not be the right fit.
An on-site, uncovered parking space is available here, but it's on the tighter side – it suits a small or mid-size car, but larger SUVs may struggle to fit. Additional public car parks are within one to two blocks if you need a second spot.
