There is one parking space in a shared, open-air carport – if you're arriving in a larger vehicle, note the space measures 228 inches long by 99 inches wide. Street parking is available nearby, but check local signage before leaving your car.
While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find a communal washing machine in the carport closet.
You're right on the bayfront and beach, so expect to hear some noise from passersby during your stay.
