There's no air conditioning here or central heating here. Like most homes in coastal Mission Beach, the sea breezes keep things comfortable for most of the year, and your host provides ceiling fans, box fans, and portable heaters for warmer or cooler days.
The entrance is up a flight of stairs to the second floor, and the living areas and bedrooms are spread across three levels – you'll be moving between floors regularly during your stay.
While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, there's a shared washing machine in the communal carport closet.
There are two carport spaces included, each measuring 92 inches wide by 208 inches long – fine for standard-size vehicles, but worth checking if you're arriving in a larger SUV.
You're right on the bayfront, so expect to hear some noise from boats and people passing by.
