This is a two-storey home and stairs are required to move between levels – worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, spa tub, gym, sauna, pickleball and tennis courts, and clubhouse here. They're shared with other guests.
The ocean isn't visible from inside the apartment, but a stunning viewpoint directly across the street gives you sunset views each evening. The communal clubhouse also has panoramic views.
You have two tandem-assigned parking spaces in the covered garage, plus additional first-come, first-served community spaces nearby.
