Nestled near Aldwick on an unspoilt stretch of the West Sussex coast, this beachfront home is a real gem. The sea is just steps away, and there are kayaks, paddle boards, and beach games to borrow. The garden is glorious too, with two barbecues and pizza ovens, two hot tubs, hammocks, and a trampoline little ones will love. The garden rooms feature a yoga space, sauna, and study, while inside the house you’ll find a games room and home cinema. With so much to keep you busy, you might not need to venture very far. But for day trips, family-friendly Bognor Regis is a five-minute drive away, while historic Chichester is fifteen minutes by car.

Bedrooms ten and eleven on the ground floor are interconnecting and share a bathroom. There are bunk beds in bedroom eleven, which makes these adjoining rooms great for families.
