Downtown Miami brings with it the energy of a busy city centre, so expect some street and urban noise – particularly at night near the entertainment district.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, terrace, gym, and co-working space here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a pack-n-play travel cot upon request.
Please note that there is ongoing street construction directly in front of the building. Expect some dust and noise at street level during daytime hours, though the impact-resistant glass doors help minimise outside noise when closed.
