Ski-in/ski-out access here depends on the King's Crown Run being open, which is operated by Park City Resort and subject to weather and staffing.
A starter set of consumables – soap, paper products, dish and laundry detergent, and similar basics – is provided on arrival. Once those run out, restocking is down to you, so it's worth picking up supplies early in your stay.
The bunk beds sit very high off the ground and are reached by a steep ladder – they work well for adventurous younger guests but may not suit adults looking for a comfortable night's sleep.
The home sits on a hillside in King's Crown, so getting down to downtown Park City on foot is easy enough, but the walk back up is a noticeable climb. If anyone in your group finds steep gradients difficult, it's worth having a car or using the bus.
