Getting back home after skiing requires a specific route – from the top of Flagstaff Mountain, you'll take Bluebell Run to Silver Buck Run, then Lily Run to the base of Silver Strike Express. It's worth familiarising yourself with this on your first day.
You'll have access to the on-site Deer Valley lodge amenities, including ski lockers, a games room with pool table and shuffleboard, a communal firepit gathering area, and an oversized spa-style hot tub. They're shared with the resort's other guests.
A starter set of everyday consumables – soap, paper products, laundry and dish detergent, towels, and the like – is provided on arrival.
Main Street's shops, restaurants, and entertainment are easy to reach from Empire Pass, whether you take the complimentary shuttle or drive the short distance in. Garage parking is available here.
