The second sleeping space sits in the entrance area of the apartment, meaning anyone moving between the front door and the living room will pass through it. The fold-away bed keeps the space open during the day, but it's worth thinking about if your group has different sleep schedules.
There's no air conditioning here – ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room keep things comfortable on warmer days, but if you're visiting in the height of summer, it's worth bearing that in mind.
Street parking is available nearby, though spaces aren't reserved or guaranteed. Given how well connected this part of Paris is by Metro and on foot, we recommend leaving the car at home.
