A glowing heated pool, a fire pit flickering beside it, and Gulf views from the rooftop terrace above – this Florida home was designed for long, unhurried days outdoors. Inside, coral chandeliers and warm timber accents give the kitchen genuine character, while the wraparound sofa and fireplace make evenings in just as easy. Six bikes and a golf cart are included for exploring the area, and the soft white sand shoreline is an easy stroll away – with complimentary beach chairs waiting when you get there.

Home truths
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Three of the bedrooms are set-up for groups, sleeping multiple guests, mainly in bunk beds.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair at no additional cost. You'll need to request them in advance.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens cannot be taken from the home.
The complimentary beach chair and umbrella service (two chairs and one umbrella) runs from 1st March to 31st October only.
The only full bathrooms here are the en-suites off eight of the bedrooms. While guests staying in bedroom nine have an en-suite toilet, they’ll need to use one of the other en-suites for showering.
There is parking here for up to eight vehicles, though you won't be able to pull into the driveway or unload before 4pm on your arrival day, so plan your journey accordingly.
