The private lakefront terrace is the heart of it all – step down from it and you're on the promenade, with a small beach below perfect for an early morning swim. Inside, a spiral staircase connects three compact, characterful levels, with the top-floor bedroom opening onto a private balcony framing open lake and mountain views. Bellagio, Villa del Balbianello, and the villages of the western shore are all an easy ferry ride away.

Parking in Colonno can be tricky, so we recommend checking arrangements with your host in advance and being prepared to walk a short distance to the apartment.
