At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
This home isn't suitable for guests with limited mobility. There are twelve steps up to the front door, nine stairs leading up to the living room, and a further nine stairs down to the first floor – so you'll be using the stairs a lot across the stay.

On the border of California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe is one of the largest bodies of water in the US. As you'd expect, it's an area of astounding beauty, but the lake has also made a name for itself as a centre for both winter sports and water sports, as well as hiking and cycling. The north shore is a bit quieter and more relaxed than the south. While there's still plenty to do (including the annual food and wine festival), you're unlikely to see crowds like you do in other parts of the region.
