There are three private garage spaces here, so you won't need to worry about finding street parking after a day out on the Côte d'Azur.
The living space and rooftop pool are connected via an external staircase rather than an internal route, so you'll be stepping outside each time you move between them.
There is a lift connecting the lower entrance to the main living level, but you'll still need to manage a few steps to reach it – worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
