A white clapboard farmhouse set in the rolling Catskills countryside, this house is built for country retreats. The custom kitchen – soapstone counters, wet bar, and a sun-filled breakfast nook – makes slow mornings easy, while the covered deck and bluestone patio with a fire pit are where evenings naturally end up. A separate barn guesthouse offers a couple their own retreat, complete with a kitchen and living space – though there's plenty of room to gather around the fireplace in the main house. Hudson's galleries and restaurants are a twenty-minute drive away, with hiking trails around Kaaterskill Falls also within easy reach.
