Tucked into the quiet of the Salento region, this villa sits just 700 metres from the fine sand and turquoise water of Torre San Giovanni beach – an easy ten-minute walk when the sun is calling. The stone-paved patio is where the days unspool: sun loungers, alfresco meals, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off before you do it all again. At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on the sofa beds – there's one in the third bedroom, one in the first living room, and two in the second living room.
Torre San Giovanni is a seasonal resort village – it comes alive in summer but quietens significantly outside of July and August. If you're visiting in shoulder season, check ahead that your preferred restaurants and beach clubs will be open.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
You'll have two parking spaces on site – free and private, but limited to two cars. If your group is arriving in more than two vehicles, you'll need to find additional parking nearby, which can be harder to come by in high season.
