Perched on the hills where Emilia meets Romagna, this villa is anchored by an infinity pool terrace where the Tuscan countryside unfolds at sunset – four-poster sunbeds, a gazebo, and a hydromassage area ensuring there's little reason to venture far. Spread across four levels, it goes well beyond the usual – a private cinema, cedar sauna, Turkish bath, and a fully equipped gym sit in the acoustically isolated basement, while the kitchen's pizza oven and outdoor barbecue make evening gatherings genuinely effortless. Just outside Imola, panoramic views and parkland complete the picture.

While not all of the bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
The attic bedroom is reached via an alternating-tread wooden staircase, which is steeper and narrower than a conventional stair.
The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, so if you're visiting outside those dates you won't be able to use it.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, and baby amenities. You'll need to request these during the booking process.
The villa is set in the hills outside Imola, so you'll need a car to reach shops, restaurants, and the town. There's parking for up to ten cars on the stabilised gravel area, plus a two-car garage.
