This is a classic Alexander home from 1958, lovingly restored with its mid-century bones intact – think soaring post-and-beam ceilings, an open-plan layout, and a fireplace for cooler desert nights. Outside, it's pure Palm Springs – a walled garden with a pool, spa, fire pit, and covered dining pavilion, all backed by mountain views. The separate casita, complete with a wet bar and direct pool access, gives everyone a little extra breathing room. And when you're ready to venture out, the Saturday farmers market and an arthouse cinema are an easy walk away. And, of course, buzzing downtown is within driving distance.

The air conditioning can struggle to keep up on the hottest days, particularly in high summer when temperatures regularly exceed 38°C. We'd suggest planning a visit to Palm Springs during the cooler months – usually October to March.
You're in a residential mid-century neighbourhood with groceries, cafes, and restaurants a short drive away. We recommend having a car for getting around, as downtown Palm Springs and the main dining districts are not within easy walking distance.
The fourth bedroom is in a separate guest house – it has a bed, a wet bar with a breakfast counter, and a wine fridge.
