Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Sitting on Holland Park Avenue, this apartment puts one of west London's most coveted neighbourhoods right outside the door – the green expanse of Holland Park itself, the boutiques of Notting Hill, and the restaurants of Kensington are all within easy reach. Back inside, the studio is bright and well-considered, with a dedicated dining area and kitchenette that make longer stays comfortable. It's a compact but capable base for exploring the city, and the kind of address that makes getting around London feel effortless.

Home truths
This is a studio, so the sleeping and living areas share the same open space. It works well for a couple or solo traveller, but if you're a group of three, one person will be sleeping on the sofa bed rather than in a separate room.
The apartment is on the first floor – worth bearing in mind if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility, as there will be stairs to navigate on arrival.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
Parking here can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.

About Chelsea
In the 1960s, Chelsea's Kings Road was the stomping ground for the hippest young things in town. Nowadays, the area is more conservative in its reputation - you'll share the immaculate pavements with affluent business people from around the world and plenty of blow-dried ladies of leisure.
