Just a few minutes from Kensington High Street, this studio apartment puts one of London's most elegant neighbourhoods firmly within reach. Kensington Gardens and the Palace are an easy walk away, Notting Hill is just north, and the V&A sits a little further along in South Kensington. Back home, the studio is calm and well-considered – natural light by day, lift access, air conditioning, and a proper dining area for evenings in. A quietly confident base for exploring west London, without the noise of being right on the high street.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. As this is a studio, there'll be limited privacy.
The apartment sits directly above the London Underground line, so you may occasionally hear a faint rumble from trains below. Most guests find it doesn't disturb their sleep, but it's worth knowing if you're a light sleeper.
Your host can provide a cot for little ones upon request – just bring your own cot linen.
Parking here can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.

About Kensington
Affluent and incredibly central, Kensington is a great base for exploring London on foot. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are on your doorstep and so are the Victoria and Albert, Science, and Natural History Museums. The streets are attractive and well maintained (grand, white stucco facades aplenty) and your neighbours will be a wealthy, conservative set. Lots of positives but probably not the place to let your hair down.
