Street noise is part of the experience here – you're directly on one of London's most active market streets. It tends to settle down after 11pm, but if you're a light sleeper, earplugs are worth packing.
There's no air conditioning here, so during hot weather the apartment can warm up. Windows and fans help with ventilation.
Keys are collected from a location a few minutes' walk away rather than at the apartment itself – your host will send clear instructions in advance.
Parking in London can be tricky, so we recommend exploring on foot or using public transport. The nearest Tube station on the Hammersmith & City line is about a ten-minute walk away.
