Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Set on one of Cheltenham's most admired streets overlooking the College Ground, this white-stucco Regency villa delivers grandeur from the moment you arrive – and the interior more than lives up to the promise. Victorian reception rooms, velvet sofas, a piano, and a marble-topped kitchen island make this a house that rewards time spent indoors, while a sun-lit terrace is perfect for warmer evenings. The optional live-in housekeeper, chef, and ten-seater Mercedes Sprinter make longer stays effortless. Cheltenham Lido's heated pool is a five-minute walk away, with the tennis courts at Montpellier Gardens not much further. You can also walk into the city centre or hop in the car to explore the scenery and country pubs of the Cotswolds.
