At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
Heating and air conditioning in the building are managed by the co-ownership association rather than individual apartments, so you won't be able to set your own temperature during your stay.
The apartment is on a lively city block, so some noise – bells, neighbours, street sounds – is part of the experience. It's unlikely to disrupt most stays, but worth bearing in mind if you're a light sleeper.
